The BrightSign HD 120 may or may not work. I will never know because after trying to contact the company several times with questions about the software download (the download never worked), not one single person ever tried to return my phone calls or e-mails to help. Unfortunately we had these same issues with Roku back in the day. For this project we needed a solid state video player for a museum kiosk and I ended up going with the Videotel VP71 unit and it works like a charm. When I contacted Videotel via their web site, a real person actually called me back! He was able to explain exactly which player would work best for our application. Unlike the Brightsign, The Videotel unit has a menu screen (GASP!), with options, allowing you to troubleshoot and choose your media. The Videotel package even included a remote control, an HDMI cable, an SD card and a flash drive with the player. They also have helpful instructional videos on-line that properly explain how to use the unit. For the money, I would definately recommend the Videotel unit over Brightsign.

The two great things about this media player are that it does it's job flawlessly every single start up, and that when you are confused there is excellent customer service support. Confused b/c the software has a bit of a learning curve, but it's worth it for the end result.
