I bought this product for a movie party that I was throwing for an 18th birthday with about 40 people for an outside movie just as the Product says. First I want to say that the product description never says anything about speakers for projector, so before I ordered this product I called to ask about speakers, I was told that it did come with speakers. When the product arrived, I received COMPUTER speakers!!!! So I called the company that actually sells the product and spoke directly to them. The gentlemen that I spoke to said that he himself had this product and that the speakers worked well for the outdoor backyard movie experience that he had even set his movie screen and projector up for a block party and it was fine. Well that was NOT the case for me. The speakers were not at all adequate for an outdoor event. I have a large backyard, and again I had about 40 people over so they were spread out over the yard, and if your were in the back you could not hear a thing. It was horrible. I thought for the price they could at least put in some decent speakers, not computer speakers. The projector is really nice all thought it does not play blu ray DVD's. The Screen is amazing, love it. It is just the right size. I also like the fact that it is not an inflatable were you have to listen to the motor of and inflatable. I have since purchased(adding to my out of pocket expense) a surround sound system to use with my Backyard Outdoor Home Theater. This would have been 5 stars if they would have included decent speakers, I think for the price they could have. I have used this several times with the new speakers and it is fantastic, even took it camping, worked great. The title says Backyard Outdoor Home Theater in a Box, Portable DVD Projector with Outdoor Movie Screen and Projector Stand. Please do not expect to use this PROJECTOR STAND, it is a flimsy, cheap, plastic, fold up stand, that would blow over if you blew on it. Let alone if you set your new projector on it. So please don't rely on using this as your stand for your projector, we use a wooden TV stand/tray and it works really well. I would also like to thank Amazon for their fabulous customer service while helping me work with the sellers of this product. Hope this helps.

This is a great set up for a small backyard. However, I'd have to say the projector is kind of loud while playing.
