I am not happy with this thing, and have not been since it arrived. It is not what we expected and it does not work as they said it would. The picture is not what I would call HD, and the sound has a crackling noise when you play back any recordings. I tried to return it and all they would do is replace it. Maybe they did not hear what I was saying. It is not what they said it was. It kind of works so I guess we are stuck with it.

After trying to use this thing in the field for several months now we still have the same opinion, this camera is junk. While trying to record several trips we went on and this thing failed to do what they say it will do. We have the proper batteries, we have the proper micro chip, and we are pushing the buttons as told by the instructions and it has failed each time. It records a few min and shuts off, the voice recording is so scratchy you can not understand it. This camera is not worth it and the customer service with this vendor sucks. They should have given our money back and perhaps we would have bought something else. I will never shop with this company again and if your smart you won't, no way can i suggest them to a friend or enemy.

I really like how easy the camera was to attach to my bike and start recording. I used the camera on an over night biking, camping trip, and captured some great video. I was especially happy with my evening and sunrise footage, the camera recorded well when i used my attached bike light at dusk. I'm obviously impressed with the video, but wanted to mention the microphone, it works great recording and makes the video come to life. This is a great camcorder, looking forward to my next outing.

i'm happy i didn't need any sort of splitting device and the camera uploads recorded video directly with the audio video cables included with the camera.

the pictures awesome the sound could use some help as it picks up back ground noise unless speaking directly into the mic, for picture quality and affodability awesome deal.
