the mp3 player is garbage.. does not charge up. have had it on computer for 8 hours ...nothing!!! It allows me to put music on it, I can see it all when it is connected to the computer...the computer recognizes it, but the second you disconnect it from the computer...it is dead. Does not take a charge so it is NOT useable. Don't waste your money...

purchased this..when it came in it was damaged..Contacted them and they took good care of fixing my problem, resent item to me at no additional charge..
