this was my first touchscreen mp3 and at first the calibration was a bit screwy but once i dealt with that it was not much of an issue.

I got this in march '12 and by oct./nov. '12 i could no longer access my downloaded music because when i try to play a song it says "updating media library" and just freeze like that! i had to turn it off then back on again but it would do the same thing again, so i stopped using it and luckily i got a replacement warranty when i bought it so i will try to update with the outcome of that.

although the downloaded music library stopped working the fm radio and pictures still worked. the camera was not the best and sometimes confusing to work, sometimes u'd get video when u wanted to take a pic and vice versa but i liked the idea of the expandable memory although i didnt get to really test it because it started acting up right after i finally put a micro sd card in.

good deal for the money if u can get "years" usage and not "months" usage out of it.
