It is a good product for 1st time user.i bought this exact same mp3 player from Fred's for 10bucks. Regret doing so... It lasted me all of 4months but in that time the plug for headphones/cassette converter started to mess up, first it was only playing through 1 speaker/head phone then after that it did not play through either (no it was not the head phones or the converter the metal inside the mp3's head phone jack actually broke)... The sd card tray actually fell out when i went to remove my sd card (no kidding the internal parts fell out) The play button stopped working hence i could not enter the song menu to play songs. the battery life and sound was decent though (atleast when it did work) if you do have one never use the "delete song" option on the mp3 players menu it will corrupt everything and you will have to reformat and add the songs back every time. Very long 4months of frustration and not worth the 10 i spent much less the 25 listing price here. save your money for something better i dont trust naxa brand at all after that experience. i took the mp3 player apart after it was no longer of use just to see the causes of each problem.I took it out of the package and attempted to turn it on, like the manual instructed. It didn't power up. So I plugged it in. Apparently, it needs to be plugged in for it to work. Currently working on sending it back. It's a little light for my taste, as well. It feels fragile. Not Great but also not dissapointing. i have seen better products but for the overall price not a bad deal. when held feels flimsey
