It's classier than the pics let on. The recording ability works flawlessly. The needle is quality, and the sound is wonderful. I'm blown away this was so cheap. No regrets with this buy.

I've had this for a couple weeks now and have played records with it every day without any issues. I haven't tried the 45 insert that it comes with but I'm guessing it would work fine. The case looks nice but the lid does feel a little flimsy when you lift it up and I can see how you could snap it off after a lot of use if you're not careful. Odds are you appreciate vinyl so you won't be to rough on the player. The software that comes with it is pretty simple but does the job connecting for making mp3s and everything you need is included so I didn't have to make a trip for addition USB wire or anything. This model doesn't have any built in speakers so you need to route it through a receiver. This was a good buy and we've enjoyed it very much so far.

Luckily my PC is equipped with a mini cd otherwise the software would be useless. For all of you out there wanting to convert to mp3 files take note.

The turntable doesn't come with an adapter for 45s but it will play them. It will play 78s out of the box....don't have any 33s to try. It's hooked to a twenty year old set of Jensons and doing the job.

have had it for a year and LIKE ANYTHING PYLE IS SLOWLY FALLING APART PIECE BY PIECE but as long as it still plays im happy. My father has been blasted back to the past and I can feel the entire mood in the room change when I turn off the tv or even just mute in and put on some of that high quality vinyl. Digital still is improving but does not hold a match to the surrounded sound of a classic vinyl.
