These do work well. Buyer should know that a static ip address is required in order to view the cameras with a smart phone or online away from the home network. Easy to install as well. Be sure to have the right tools to drill holes and patch work before you start. It is a few hours to run the cables but with 2 people, it is so worth it.
When I first got the system I have no complaints on customer service actually it was excellent. But apparently they must've sold out or don't care now. I contacted customer service at the corporate office. And her attitude was no better than the representative I was talking to customer service. If I had purchased this again I would not purchase it from Q see. Because of this company keeps attitude right now they probably will not be in business long. Just an opinion I could be wrong.

no night vision. these cameras suck dont waste ur money go to cotsco. this is garbage trust me i read every comment on all the cameras and this was my bad for not paying attention; the hell with china DO NOT BUY PLEASE. GARBAGE.

Electronic setup in the home was more difficult than installing the cameras outside so consumers may need technical assistance for a complete set-up like I did. When you buy direct from Q-See you are more likely to get the help included in your purchase.
