Bought this phone for my Mom, works great for her, plenty of features, nice keyboard, nice & loud, seems to get good reception too.

The only thing I don't like is the 'Rogers' branding on the phone & embedded within the display. I'd give it 9 out of 10 rating.

it would not read my memory card so I couldn't use my own pics and ringtones. i returned it, and will stay with my old one.

My husband is a stick in the mud kind of guy, he had to have another one of these phones, Doesn't want the new phones, sticks with what works for him.

Bought these flip-phones for me and my wife. All we want to do is talk, plus I use the Calendar for reminders. Also wanted to swap out the SIM card when we travel. We were disappointed with this phone: the screen is fuzzy and small; we had to charge the battery frequently; and one phone stopped working after a week. So I returned them both and got Samsung GT-C3520 models instead, which are worlds better.
