Tone quality is superb in this product. Ease of use is acceptable, but difficult for those who are not "technically savvy", particularly our older clients. When the memory card is downloaded and erased from one computer, it seems to work fine, but we have multiple computers in our business and multiple customers. This is not a good product in this situation. I would advise more research before purchasing this product for anything other than personal use.Save 40% Off
