This is cheap version of what mp3 players should be. First the usb slider gets stuck and scraps on the inside of the computer, then songs that have already been dowload delete without explanation. Computer screen reads problem detected (brand new fresh out the package) it doesnt work at all no upgrade or support on the ematics website! Save your money and patience DO NOT BUY THIS MP3 PLAYER

YA so i got this for chrismas and the 1st week it work perfectly it play music and all but the the 2nd week i put it in my bookbag and it crack when i open it again plus the charger is the worst thing ever if you order this on someone else's computer and you dont have a computer it wont work for you period

I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is "cheap" in every way imaginable. Do not waste your money. I use my MP3's only for music when I work out. This one never served the purpose. It kept deleting my music; my computer shows me a list of songs that were transferred and even tells me how much of my storage has been used, but when I try to play the music, nothing. I found this out too late and was unable to return it. What a waste!!!
