i purchased this mp3 player thinking that looks good,

but do not let the looks fool you.

the mp3 player did not work, it skips songs,

it will play a song for 3 seconds and it would stop.

there is no way i could ever listen to a song. it is garbage.

i have been contacted the seller to return it for a refund, but

there is no way i can talk to anyone, the do not answer the phone,

i have been calling them for over a week, i have e-mailed them so many times,

i just can not get them to talk to me, they will not return any of my emails or calls.

this is B.S.

dont ever buy anything from these ppl because they suck.

i wish i would do smth to those idiots that sell garbage like

this and never take any responsability.

Don't even use it. Mp3 locks automatically, have to turn it off every time to change the song. Very annoying, was not happy with this purchase.

Bought this for my 6 year old who loves music. Took it out before her birthday to download music on it...it came with NO instruction, NO information, NOTHING...tried to figure it out-added songs, and they would not download onto the player!! They showed up in the location for the drive it was plugged into, but player said "Empty File". This was very frustrating & a huge disappointment!!! Bit the bullet & gave her a REAL i-pod.

Saving money isn't always worth it.
