Ok heres the lowdown. Cheap price cheap product. Mine wouldn't stay shut. The plastic casing kept popping open. Then when it finally did? The little buttons you need to use wouldn't go back in. So it was trash. The problem is that there is a bladder inside that is too big for the case. Piece of junk. Pay a little more for a better product.

The item doesn't seem to work well with the motion detection feature and the video is choppy. Also, the color was a bit off more like a black and white or grayscale video.

The item came with the silver piece broken. I tried it on three different computers and none of them recognized it.

It never worked. The documentation is the worst. It is written in very poor English.

I do not encourage anybody to waste money on this item.

Pro: shipped and received very fast. Cons: dead on arrival! What the description of this item does not tell you is that a Windows me/2000, xp, 2003/vista operating system is required. Neither Windows 7 and 8 recognizes this device nor does Mac osX. UPDATE: The USB cable that came with this unit was defective. The unit works as stated when plugged directly into the PC Windows 7 & 8 or Mac's usb port. The directions are poorly translated but can find useful info on YouTube. The pictures and video are not the greatest but I am updating my rating to 3 stars for the product and 5 stars for the seller.

This particular one did not record while plugged into computer/charger and the battery only lasts a few hours if that. Instructions were ridiculous, some sort of really bad Chinese to English interpretation of how it works, but nothing useful. Mostly trial and error to get it working. It's pretty much useless even knowing how to use it. Video is choppy, field of view is small. Never was able to get it to take still shots either. I gave it 2 stars because it did work as a motion sensing camera, but not for more than 2 hours.
