first one did not work. i contacted the company and they immediately sent a new one. this one works excellent. not great for distance but up close it works very well. not good in dim light but handy to carry.

i love this remote so well, i bought one for my daughter to take with her on her field trips. she likes taking pictures of different things that see on her field trips. plus the video part of it is super great. that's what i like about it. i would recommend this to anyone who's looking to buy one of these. i have had mine for 2 years now and it still works like new.

the video is good quality for the price but the still pictures are grany. The size is adecuate and confortable to handle

havent had much success in getting this to work...says problems with card reader/memory card...very bad directions (ex..broken engligh, sentences make no sense) not impressed
