Hidden Camera Hook DVR

Just because an item is made in China should not be an excuse for it to not work. I ordered 5 of these for my company for people to use during their travels and so far, 4 out of 5 are inoperative. Testing the last one now but very little hope for success. After following all direction (printed and what I could find online), here is what happened: charge/standby light will not come on; no video captured, recorded white screen with yellow blotches; no usable video, video was split diagonally with left image on right and right image on left, and would not go into standby mode which is crucial for getting to single image or video capture mode. Even if this last one works, 20% is not acceptable.

I ordered this camera a few months ago but until now I havent decided how to install it. The problem is, if you install it at a correct and normal height, the field of view is high and you will only be able to see the upper part of the room.(much worse if it's a small room).I am thinking of returnung the product.

The hook was great but no CD to download program to make it work came with it, so we have a very expensive clothes hook that doesn't workas a hidden camera since no CD was sent with it. This was for the Hidden camera Hook DVR, I think the product would be ok but you can loose when you buy on line.

This sometimes will go into motion detection mode and most of the time NOT.. I followed the instructions to the letter but still have trouble most of the time with it.
