We bought these for our daughters. Great product! The touchscreen is a little touchy and would work better with a plastic stylus, but other than that they are great! Big enough for them to use and not hit the wrong button!

Frozen solid. Stuck during the embedded video on how to use and enjoy this MP3 player.

Did get to briefly listen to the FM radio prior to freeze up and sound was actually pretty good. Never got to load songs into it as it froze and there was no way to shut it down or reboot it.

Can not confidently recommend this item.
