It stopped working 2 weeks after i bought but i got a full refund and when it was working it was amazing. The screen is great and the color is beautiful i love the camera ive been a big fan of ematic for a while the best part was the sound was like surround sound especially with the headphones that came with it. they are the best head phones i ever had

My husband bought me this as a gift to replace my old player (a Sansa) that went fuht. I hate it. It doesn't organize, it doesn't list your entire collection, it has the most awful volume control...I could go on and on. And I wrote to customer service about how hard it was to work, and how the battery didn't hold a charge, and I got a form letter...and three weeks later, after I emailed them again, they said why yes we did get your email, we can't replace or fix it because it's out of its tiny 90 day warranty. Don't waste your money on this thing, buy something else.
