Belkin PureAV HDMI-to-DVI Video Cable (16 Feet)

Before getting this product, I requested Belkin more information if this product works fine with PC output thru HDMI. However I got no respond, so I went with the risk of not getting a perfect picture.

After connecting my PC-DVI (Graphics Card GForce8800 GTX) to my Samsung HDMI, the quality is superb. Pictures, games, High Definition playback were all great on my HDTV LCD 52' screen. Even the DVD playback is better than my DVD player.

Cable arrived in a timely manner as described. While not a vendor or product defect problem, you should know DVI cables only transmit video hence the name DV(video)I, so don't expect them to transmit audio; you'll need rca, optical cable, or some other type of cabling solution for your audio. I learned this after the cable arrived, and I thought the cable might be defective, but it wasn't. The cable is nice and it has one of those ferrous oxide things on it.

video quality is superb,left out one star because it said it delivers audio and video...........only got the video..........using on a msi 890gx with a msi 5000 graphics card and a32''tv........watched avatar on bluray

I was concerned about signal degradation due to the length of the cord. I have it connected to a PS3 and LCD HDTV. The cable works absolutely great, there is no signal degradation. Much more inexpensive than other brands, it comes highly recommended by me.
