We run a small telemarketing center. I finally got fed up with NICE service and licensing pricing. I am not a phone tech. I just thought, what the heck, give it a try. It cost less than 6 months of NICE service contract... So I order one and end up scratching my head. What cable goes where? NOT for end-users like me. Called our computer guy and he had us recording in an hour. This thing rocks. I can listen in from home on our business calls. The caller address lookup feature is scary cool. I don't want to think about how much I overpaid NICE.
