Have been looking for years to make such a purchase. Glad to state that it finally happened and I more than please with I got. Now, I am able to watch any dvd and my limitations have been banished. This free region dvd player slipped in place of the old one with a blink of the eye. The picture quality is the best. This blu ray player I bought from Great Elect is a great player. It is better than the lg blu ray player I had before. This player does more and is made better also with more jacks on the back of it to have more connection options. I am very satisfied with my product and would buy from them again. I made my purchase from Akron, Ohio U.S.A. where it easy to buy blu ray players but not ones that are both region 0-6/zone A+B+C free. To do that, you need to go online to a website like Amazon to buy a product like the one I bought from Great Elect, thank you Great Elect.

Have the unit for just over 2 months and it start freezing up. Have to do full power cut to restore function. Could not figure out where to get support. Thinking about returning the unit.

Bought this unit primarily because it is fulfilled by Amazon, which led me to believe they had tested and trialled this product, apparently not.

I tried every way I could to get the remote to operate the unit, it seemed it had a mind of its own and irrespective of my changing batteries trying a variety of discs, the d*&#^ thing would not respond, even to power on and off.

Admittedly the price was my incentive, as for those of you who are not familiar with these 'Multi" players apparently they are electronically modified units with chips, memory, plus circuitry modifications designed and installed by the third party manufacturer?

Never got to test its capabilities as a multi region player, this is just not a player period!
