Nice size, small enough to be covert, good sound, but no instructions. It comes in plastic with no instructions. Its not intuitive enough to learn without directions.

this digital recorder surpassed my expectations! it was small sleek easy to use. I love the quick USB interface to download recordings. only complaint would be I could not figure out how to set the date and time. otherwise an awesome purchase for the price.
