Mini Thumb Gum DVR Camera Micro A/v Recorder 2gb

I bought one like this a few years ago. The quality of the image is surprisingly good crisp and clear in good light and almost as good in dim light. Very discrete and blends in almost anywhere. It is so unobtrusive that you just turn it on and forget about it. Except don't do like I did. It is so easy to forget that it is still blending into the last place I used it.

I will buy another, maybe two. Don't hesitate to get this DVR. At this price you have nothing to loose.

Oh yes, two gigs of memory is lots for anything I would want to use it for. I used it off and on for two years or more and never came close to running out of space on my 2 gig card.

For the price the cCamera works great for what I use it for...recording flights of RC airplanes, including with the camera attached to the model for infligh video. the camera is light enough for this on models large enough to weight 1/2 lb. The only improvments would be better resolution and higher frame rates. I would pay a little more for a camera of this size and weight with twice the resolution and twice the frame rate

Good for what it is. The first one I ordered came in a used box and in used condition with a dent in the front of the recorder. The company immediately sent a replacement and resolved the issue. The recorder works as described. It isn't the best quality video in the world but it doesn't claim to be. I ordered to use with a remote control helicopter but due to weather I haven't gotten to try it with the helicopter yet. I will update when I do.

This product is okay for trivial use. I use it for my reading class to record children's reading for assessment. I don't think there is much one can really do with this small equipment, simply because there is not an instant playback first of all; you will have to use the computer to get the information recorded. In addition to this, you must hold the start button down for 3 sec or else you will not get anything recorded. I have been disappointed many times.

Certainly cannot be use for undercover recording, as the blinking light will give you away.
