All in all I would recommend this product to someone who wants to play their records and CDs, and doesn't want one of them godawful wooden cabinet systems.
UPDATE!
Two months in: The thing is worthless. CD plays only in Mono, Manual Radio Tuner Broke on the 3rd use! The Turntable is still passable, although now it sometimes emits a powerful screeching noise on low volume and also the actual platter appears to have warped where the needle contacts the vinyl. Have tried hooking it up to my receiver system with supplied rca jacks but no avail... Horrible! I purchased this as a first turntable for my son. He was extremely dissapointed when it slowly declined into a worthless mess. If anyone is looking for a serious turntable or something with a little lasting power look elsewhere... Lets face it folks, the All-in-one died with the Philco Console my parents had... I have since set my son up with a nice garage sale receiver system. My advice is to shop around. Check Craigslist. Hit the pawn and thrift shops. See if they have any decent component systems that aren't junk like this POS was. I wish I never would have wasted my money on such a stupid product.
BUY A COMPONENT BEFORE THIS! A Waste of Money.
STAY AWAY AND BUYER BEWARE.....

This is probably one of the best deals you can get for this price range. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is that the speakers that come with it are worthless. They really do not provide a very good sound at all. I'd recommend the actual unit to anyone, but use the RCA adapter on the back and find a better speaker system. Other than this gripe, the turntable, cd player and tape player are great quality. They seem to hold up very well after long periods of use.We bought this thinking it would be a great item but little did we know it would be defective! Volume controls may as well not even be there because it turns itself up full blast. I contacted seller and asked for refund or for their help on fixing it and was redirected to the manufacturer where I have to pay almost more than I paid for the item just to send it back for a replacement and I don't get that money back.So if you want this product double the cost for your future purchase of shipping and handling back to the original company.
thanks for the inconvenience.
Want Jensen JTA-475B 3-Speed Turntable with CD, AM/FM Stereo Radio, Cassette and Remote Discount?
works decent but cant play any record without skipping. cassette player drags cd player is in mono radio is crap 1 starI enjoy my system. I did think I was buying a system that would record my records to CD's. But that's ok. I have a record player now and I can listen to my records. The system is small, that I do like. And having a remote is nice to. Now I will be able to have parties for my grandchildren and have themes of the 50's and 70's using my records, cassettes and cds. Thank You.
