Seller's writeup states: "With just 8GB of memory, you can record up to 90 minutes of high-quality full color video. Use a 32 GB Micro SD Card to store several hours of crisp and clear video."
This can be construed to mean it comes with the 8GB Micro SD Card but one may purchase a 32GB Micro SD Card in order to record more and/or longer video.
As of this review, ITEM DOES NOT COME WITH A SD MEMORY CARD!
You can, for the same price, go to seller's website (electroflip.com), search for iSpyG1 and see this same item which per the "Features" tab of the item description DOES come with an 8GB Micro SD Card. I quote: " MicroSD Memory Included included is a bundled Micro Secure Digital Memory card. With this card you can store up to 10 hours of video clips."
I purchased this item thinking it would come with at least an 8GB Micro SD Card and was surprised and disappointed when it did not.
To the seller's credit, after contacting them, and after only 2 emails (through Amazon's "Contact Seller" option), they agreed to send me an 8GB Micro SD Card which arrived about a week later.
The iSpyG1 does what it says it does. It records pretty good video as long as the light is good. Poor light = poor video. The only thing I didn't like was when you turn it on, LED's light up and flash and continue to flash as long as it's recording (I suppose that way the user knows it's doing what it's supposed to do, but if you are using it for covert surveillance and don't want flashing LED's to give it away, you'll have to put opaque tape (I used duct tape) over the device.).
Overall, I had to give it 4 stars because of the confusion about the inclusion of an 8GB Micro SD Card and because of the blinking LED's while in use, which would probably rate only 3 stars, but seller was very accommodating with SD Card issue, hence the 4 star rating!
