Defender SN500-4CH-X Web Ready 4 Channel Surveillance H.264 Security DVR with Smart Phone Access

I bought one of these systems awhile back because the company advertised that "Smartphone capability" is part of the package. I had a Blackberry Curve at the time and the company advertised that it supported Blackberry Smart phones. It turned out that they only support "certain" Blackberries and sadly, not the Blackberry Curve. I now have a Motorola Droid which is not supported either. I don't know about the advertised iPhone support.

Otherwise, I like the Defender system very much but I would not have bought it but for the deceptive advertising regarding Smartphones! Check with the company about Smartphone support if that feature is important to you. I would rate the system 5 stars if it really supported my smartphone!
