I received the unit and it look very solid. I finally had a chance to connect to the Tv and it boots up faster than my Tvix. I was able to setup and its pretty simple to use. I turn the unit off to install a hard drive but the unit will not turn on. The unit doesn't have a power on switch is control by remote control. So I disconnect the power supply and waited around 5 minutes and plug it in and it boot up. I was able to format 3TB HD with no problems and I turn the unit off again and when I tried to power on again it didn't power up. I tried a different power supply and still didn't power up. I like the unit but I'll have to return due to I have a defected unit. I would like to try another one and see if the second one will work. Just waiting for customer service to return the unit.
